Description of Message Manager 1.03:
Message Manager is a joke program that will enable you to create your own Windows dialog to be displayed. You are in control of the dialog, and there is no programming necessary. This joke program will allow you to setup a message dialog to be displayed on someone's computer. You can specify the text to be displayed, the image, the buttons (up to 9), and when to display the message. You can Load and Save a specific message from with a configuration file. So this means that with the command line you could configure a message and make it appear when they click on that shortcut.
