Description of Theme Chooser (ANSI Edition for Win9x/ME) 4.2:
A random desktop themes chooser for Windows. Smart, tidy, auto-configuring, small and fast, it will optionally set itself to run at startup. To use it, you'll need the Plus!Ö pack or some other theme-installing software, which Theme Chooser should be able to locate by itself. Just unzip and go! Latest version fixes several bugs, brings a snazzy new splash screen and neatly fixes the Windows 2000 themes bug.
